Default Pictures of 4cyl turbo headers for split turbines?

Does anyone have some? I need to make one soon and wouldn't mind seeing some other peoples work. Thanks, and yes I did search, didn't find much though.

wouldnt this setup still remain to be an equal pressure manifold since the wg port is still joined...correct me if im wrong but the port would interfere w/ the pulses you are tryin to scavenge using the split design....

one way to solve this was to make a divider down the two wg arms and merge them together divided until the pipe ends at 1 44mm gate....kind of hard to explain but it would be divided all the way up to the WG piston...and once the gate was opened the pre-existing split design wouldnt matter because youll already be fulled spooled and not needing the extra push of the pexh pulses

or even more simply...run two 38mm gates

i need somebody to make me a divided flange manifold, with a single vband wastegate like drumking was talking about(still split until the wg flange). real simple manifold like spoolin's quick 4 manifold but split t4 flange. it will be for a gt42 and needs to clear the block without shaving it. if u want to make it for me just pm me.
if u never saw the mani im talking bout click here.

if your so set on making power id go w/ at least an eq length mani...the shortness of runners isnt going to help power...itll spool a lil quicker...but a well designed mani would make more....imho running a split scroll on that small of a mani would be reather pointless

to a point YES. The only way to cure that is to run two wg's. But the manifold was tested with a gt40r on a 84mm gsr motor and had no trouble spooling (5k rpm full spool), making power or boost creep.

I guess the only way to find out is to run the same set up with a manifold with two wg's and see the difference in spool, power & boost creep. :?

ya i guess...experiments are always the answer...but hell gt40 by 5k....id be more than happy...

im designin my mani to help spool up my hx35 a lil better than my ramhorn mani...as of right now i hit 15psi w/ a 3" open dp by 42-4400rpm....im hoping to shave off 2-300rpm...and be well under 4k....and take any power gains as the come

that nice in all....but with that right wg so high you dont get any boostcreep....i think the wg's could use slighty better placement...

both gates sit at the same height on the collectors, and have the same length/size tubing feeding them. Why would i want boost creep anyways?

you missing my point...the wg on the right is favored of the front of the collector...which looks like cylinder 4th's runner...vs being inbetween cyl 1&4....the exh gas would have to travel down cyl 1's port and then revert back up to the wg creating a turblence at that port....minor yes...but it would help if the wg was placed in the center of the collector at approx the merge of the 2pipes ends

GT42R Topmount Twin Tial 44mm's...The Wastegate outlets were cut in a way to allow a larger opening and more flow to the wastegates. Every runner is also within 1/2 of equal length
