Default Dynasty vs. Syncrowave

Does anyone have pictures to demonstrate how much better the adjustable frequency of the dynasty is over the syncrowave, I am starting to weld aluminum and sure wouldn't mind a tighter bead profile and better penetration, like more penetration without making a really wide bead, thats what I don't like about welding aluminum. Experience and comments also appreciated. I think the dynasty 200dx is tough to beat, I want to upgrade from my sync200, is it worth it in your opinion?

I'm sure someone will be able to come up with some examples before me, but I'll try and whip something up early next week and post if there aren't.

What are you welding? Aluminum charge pipes and such? If you aren't already, try using a 1/16" tungsten and holding a little shorter arc. The Sync200 is a nice machine...

I am using 1/16 zirconiated tungstens, I am welding intake manifolds made from 16g 6061, I am using 1/16 5356 filler. My welds aren't retardedly wide by any means I just like a tight clean look with good penetration. I look forward to some reults if you can share them!
