Hey All,

Car has 46k Miles but has been in someones garage for quite some time, the rear disks have also built up large amounts of dust, there is a constant scraping noise will driving from the rear disks, when i brake the noise does increase slightly

I also noticed that when when the handbrake was down the car still was not moving freely down a small hill and I am sure the calpiers were holding the disks, what is the problem? If its not just a matter of grinding disks / bleeding / replace pads what is the fix?
