Default Timing advance on 93ls

On a 93ls with Stock block b18a (125k miles), JDM b18b head (50k miles) with crower 403's (3k miles), dual springs (3k miles), , titanium retainers (3k miles), , new motor mounts, CAI, 2.25inch exhaust, freeflow cat, and Dc 4-1 header, what timing advance can I run safely if I only run 93 octane gas? Also, what would my 1/4 times be with advanced timing?

Stock timing. If you want to advance your timing, the smartest way to go is use premium gas.

I have no clue on what your 1/4 time will be, but here's how you advance your timing:

You guys are misunderstanding. I know how to advance my timing. I need to know how many degrees I can advance it safely on a 93ls with 125k miles and crower cams+valvetrain if I always run 93 octane gasoline
