My car is lowered about an inch with HKS springs & shocks. Still on stock GSR rims. Well I hit a huge *** pot hole, thought I blew a shock on the front passenger side. So I pulled over and it seems ok. The car barely moves when you push down on the fender, I checked under the wheel well, and it seems like the rubber boot from the steering assembly is busted, but that's about it. However, sometimes i go over the smallest hump and it sounds like a busted shock does, a loud (Thump) other times no problem, going over badly paved roads, it makes the noise occasionally.

Anyone ever have this problem or knows what might be wrong

 

I've heard someone mention "shock knock" what is that, and what cures it??

 

how much is your car lowered and where did you get your springs and shocks..i am looking for like an inch drop and i cant really find anything...and how does it ride...if u dont mind me asking...thx
