Are H3 hyper white bulbs any good?
I know about the HID's crap, but i just need a slight upgrade from my stock ones, it sucks driving on the freeway at night, anyways, anyone have any experience with them?

H3 is just the size/type of bulb you use for your car...
Hyper White Bulbs are pretty damn bright. Some people usually get blinded by that.
I usually just use artic white or something more blue... 4300k-4900k is pretty bright already.
