Then they are incompetent. Any decent machine shop can Hot Tank parts for you. Good luck then.

AIRCRAFT REMOVER WORKS GREAT AND IT LEAVES DAMN CLEAN.. BUT THAT'S JUST ME DUNNO... ALSO 99% ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL WILL KNOCK A LOT OFTHAT GRIME OF ALL U GOTTA DO IS SCRUB AND WASH WIT HMORE ALCOHOL...BUT IT HAS TO BE THE 99% IF NOT U'LL HAVE TO SCRUB FOR A LONG TIME.... ALSO JUST LET IT SIT IN IT FOR A GOOD TIME TO LOOSEN IT UP FIRST

Your goign to need something along the lines of a pressure washer if you cant get access to a hot tank. When using the pressure washer it has to be super hot water (or the hotest you could get it) and go at it for a while.

if you use that steel brillo thing, you're going to have to get the head's mating surface re-surfaced, since you scuffed it up
