Can anyone please assist with the necessary steps to program a new keyless replacement for an 03 Accord EX?

You can do this with one key or 2...much easier with 2. These steps must be completed quickly, but don't rush yourself. If it don't work the first time, try and try again.

Step 1: Place Key into ignition. (the one you're not trying to program is suggested)

Step 2: Turn ignition to "ON" position.

Step 3: Press "Lock" on the remote. (the one you're trying to prgram)

Step 4: Turn ignition to "OFF".

Step 5: Repeat steps 2-4.

Step 6: Repeat steps 2-4.

Step 7: Repeat steps 2-3.

Step 8: You should hear the actuator make a noise.

Step 9: Hold the "Lock" button down for 5 seconds.

Step 10: Turn ignition "OFF".

After completing these Steps...you should be able to lock/unlock the doors with the remote.
