Where do you get the ECU pins I need them to wire up the Vtec and knock on GSR EG swap. I also need the pins to the engine harness. Can you buy these at a store or only through honda?

Your best bet is to probably just find a trashed or hacked harness or just pull a random harness from a car in a junk yard, and then use the pins on there. Just cut off several inches of wire with the pin on the end and solder it to the end of your main length of wire. Always cover the soldered joint with heat-shrink tubing.
