need to glue some fiberglass lips to a polyethylene bumper what should i use? maybe gorilla glue?

The best I have found is "Shoe-Goo" My rex has a lazy front lip from the last owner hitting high parking curbs. I used it 6 mo ago and it's still holding it up.

I have seen it called Household Goo too...It is like super thick rubber cement and when it dries it remains somewhat flexable. It doesn't dry up!
