Third Brake Light not working?

I removed my factory wing from 94 EX Sdn. Remove the insert for the brake light. GREAT.

Now how do I get the one in the back window to work? There is a bulb there. I was going to test for current this week end.

Is there something I am missing?

I'm about 90% sure that the third eye is unplugged somewhere in the trunk wire harness. Been a long time since I installed one of those.
