Anything is possible with a little chip and some electronic knowledge. My friend has always fucked with little **** like that... he had a 2005 Focus (even he hates it, don't worry) but we messed with the tail lights and made some LED ones.

When he has his turn signals, the entire triangle tail light things fades from the bottom to the top. It's not as cheesy with text and lines and what not... but it's neat.
