Skunk2 or Ground Control coilovers?
Any opinions? I am looking at either or at this point. Also, what shock would be the best performing for this type of setup on 2K1 GS-R? TIA!
I have Ground Control Coilovers and KYB AGX adjustable struts. They give a smooth ride and my car handles so well.
My freind has Skunk2 Coilovers and KYB'a too. His car handles and feels great too.

GC is the only adjustable coilover sleeve I would recommend, and only when paired w/ Koni shocks (using the Koni-specific GC sleeves obviously). This is the only sleeve-type setup I would put on my car.
I've heard positive comments from both, but I've heard that the Skunk2 ride a bit harder than the GC's. I bought my GC's about a month ago and I have no complaints, plus they have an extensive race history. Custom Eibach springs......you can't go wrong with that.
ive had experience with both as well. however, i opted to get the weapon*R2 dual spring coilovers. i like these alot.
go with the skunk2 if those are your only choices.

I have Skunk2's. I am satisfied with the product. I do notice that the GC's ride a little smoother than the Skunk2's. Just an observation.
Im actually about to install my Tokico Illumina's in just a moment.
