Default 92 Honda Accord EX ABS pulsating when driving after changing CV axles

I just replace both cv axles. Passanger ABS clicks now when I drive. When I get up to 55 to 65 mph the clicking stops and the ABS light comes on. It stays on until I turn off the car. When I push the brakes I get the ABS braking feeling every time, even when I don't need the ABS. I thought maybe I put the axles in wrong, so I have put it back in a couple of times. I then went a bought another cv axle thinking maybe the first one was not good. Same problem.
Anyone have any idea why this is happening.

Did the replacement axles have the "tone ring" on the outer CV joint?
If not the ABS is thinking the wheel is locked up and is trying to keep you from skidding out of control.

I finally gave in and took it to be computer diagnosed.
The computer said the problem was the drivers side ABS ring on the cv axle.
Sure enough it had a few dings. I replaced it and all is great. The clicking sound was from some relay on the passangers side. Not the spead sensor or abs ring.

Some ABS Systems are very sensitive to nicks and very smallpieces of tone ring missing just on the edges, even one simple chip has been known to throw a tech for a loop. Corrosion is another good one along with the airgap between the sensor and the tone ring let alone a weak sensor or an improper installation of the tone ring at the rebuild shop.
