Tranny Swap...need advise

I have a 86 Crx Si, Ew4 engine....will a tranny from a 90 Crx Si,D16 fit the engine i have...thanks

No. EW and D-series trannies are diff.

Go to http://www.redpepperracing.com for a site with a whole bunch of 1st gen CRX and 3rd gen Civic info.

what it do Tippyman! Cool thats all i need to know. My boy was getting rid of his tranny but we were both unsure if it would fit. I guess i was misinformed that E-series motors are similiar to D-series. But thanks anyways...
