hrater/ ac blower
look under the hood for a sticker that says what year your car is; thats my first suggestion.
The blower motor resistor is the most probable cause of your problem.

I'm having the same problem on my 2002 Honda Accord SE 4dr. I was also suggested to check the blower motor resistor. Would this be located under the hood or under the dash behind the glove compartment? Anyone have an estimated cost on a replacement and how easy it would be for a do-it-yourselfer to replace? Thanks!
My dad had this happen in his Kia Sedona a couple times...Turned out to be the solenoid for the blower speed switch each time, so you might want to check and replace that, too. In his, though, it was exactly the opposite...He could not turn the A/C or heater on high, only on low, but simply replacing the solenoid for the switch solved the problem each time.

oh man How I am going to tell you this
OK it is right beside the recirculation control motor
Ok you know where is the blower motor - just look for removable square plastic piece with a 2 screw on it and that is your blower resistor.
you don't have to remove the whole blower unit.
