12.67 @ 106.9!!
i've been stuck on 12.9 all season, and this past wednesday i broke my record twice the same night!! ran a 12.8 @ 106.5 then went 12.6 @ 106.9!! here's the time slip, if i can get a hold of the video i'll post it up!!

no actually, the issue i thought i was having with the car turned out not to be the slicks!! i may try 23's but i did pretty well on the 22's so i probly will just stick to those!!

nope the edelbrock header was not modded, it was the 1piece with the 2 1/4" collector. i hit many 12.9's with that header making 207.9whp.
upgraded to the jerrybuilt and made 213whp, hit some 13s till certian issues were worked out, got back to consistant 12.9's then finally broke into mid 12's the way the car sits now with the jerrybuilt header!

WOW! I guess that kinda goes to show you dont need a freaking $1000.00 dollar header to make good numbers... (just 12.5compression

This is the 2nd posting where I heard this. I cannot believe peopel buy into this $900-1200 header crap. Try a Megan 4-1 or en ebay header make similar power, put the rest of the $$ into cams and high compression.
