on a b18b1 block aka LS block your best bet to hit over 200hp (even tho its not about your Peak HP number but more of where your power and torque curve/band are) is to change out those horribly small valve reliefed flat dome pistons.

If you have money go with forged if not then there are plenty of competant OEM pistons that you can swap in, Id liek to suggest either a set of JDM b16 or JDM ITR pistons.

I would then also look into getting yourself a b16/gsr cyl head( for the main fact that its vtec and that it flows muchhh better then your crappy LS)
get yourself cams, gears, springs and retainters ( if your low on money a set of OEM CTR's are pretty good and close to the skunk2 stage 1's)

thenn get yourself a good header( NOT a SHITTY dc header, get a real 4-1, once again if ur on a budget id suggest the jdm ITR header for its 2.5inch collector)

thenn get yourself some bigger intjectors(310's or if ur broke dsms)

and of course get somesort of tuning( not a best guess chip bu either hondata or if ur broke chrome or something similar) and a competant tuner who knows what ere doing,.....

These arent all the peices need to build this setup reilablely(b/c it is an ls/vtec) you will need to swap out other parts, mostly on the bottom end for there vec counterparts (i.e water pump oil pump timing belt) and arp hardware ( rodbolts)

and one more thing get a light flywheel and something like a jdm b16 or itr transmission for those nice short gears for all motor

I would not expect to get 200whp streetable without going LS-VTEC. I haven't seen any dynos higher than low 180's whp on pretty well-built B18B engines.

I'm not dissing the engine, those are still impressive numbers and I always like to see people challenge themselves how far they can take an underdog. But if your specific goal is over 200whp it will be easier, just as cheap, and more reliable to go VTEC.
