Default i need help

what are good spark plugs for a LS/V with around 11:1? (GSR head)

EDIT: according to zealautowerks i have like 12:1, is that right?(GSR head with ITR pistons in a B18b block) c-speedracing's web site said 11:1

NGK BKR7E-11

Which ITR pistons? USDM or JDM? need more details on block/head. Milled? stock crank/rods?

I think they are usdm ITR's, stock rods and crank, no milling done, to my knowledge

I think the zeal calculator might be more accurate because it takes into consideration the rod length. Not sure though
