Yes, re-use stock everything. That's the beauty of a ZC. Since you have an Si, all wiring is even done for you. you may have to lengthen a plug or two, but nothing major.

Distributor plug is different but that's it. If you do a search you'll find out how to wire it up

I'm not sure about the dual cam, but the single cam ZC is the same as an Si.

Same thing, just need to take the distributor plug, depin it, and pin 5 of the wires back into it. There are 7 wires total, the last 2 are gonna go in the CAS, "cam/crank angle sensor" whatever, well anyways, those two are blue/green/ and blue/yellow i believe, thats it.

I would make sure that when you buy the motor to get at least half the harness on it if not the whole thing, because it will have the two plugs you will need to switch over to your engine harness, and don't try to use the one that comes with the engine from japan, because your life will be void, period.

Yes, everything will bolt right up, you can even use your Si trans if it's within the same year range (the year of your ZC will be stamped between the #2 and #3 exhaust ports). You will have to re-wire the dizzy plugs, or you can get a converter form rywire.com.

Might as well get the sohc, there gonna be the same power wise but the sohc zc is lighter plus more aftermarket support compared to the oddball dohc zc, but thats in my favor and opinion, you can do whatever you want.

Don't think your gonna get a dohc zc and just because it's dohc you think it's gonna be fast as a b16, because it's not, at least with the sohc zc you will have better option/route's to go with on mods.
