Default valves for all motor

how are the omni flat valves for an all motor set up im pretty much done buying i just need valves, springs, retainers and im in a huge toss up, need somethin that can hold and will def do a good job with toda spec c cams and 12.5:1 compression. the two i was lookin at were omni flat or dished or skunk2. anything better any input will be great. thanks also anything on springs and retainers is welcome for the input, thanks again

i am using the dished omni valves, valvetrain, and retainers in my ls/vtec. I am happy with the product so far, no complaints.
