b16 and b18c1 camplates and cam caps the same??

i need b16 ones, but, found someone selling b18c1 camplates and cam caps. can i put the b18c1 on the b16?

You can use the plates, but not the cam cap.

if your head did not come with the original cam caps its a paper weight.
