Default Ticka Noise

I notice it pretty often. When I give my car throttle and I'm listening to the engine it sounds like a ticka-ticka-ticka. It doesnt sound internal. More like a belt-like noise. I just changed all the belts thinking that would solve the problem, It needed to be done anyway.

I'm thinking it could possibly be an exhaust leak as well.

listen to it around the engine and get an idea of where its at around the motor.

and then go from there.

The only time I really notice it is when the car is moving. I don't think it's the tires or any bearings. I'll try that today though.
