GSR brakes in 95 eg BAD VIBRATIONS when freeway braking
Where the brakes seating for a long time before you put them on? If so you should have had them resurfaced and new pads or new rotors and pads.

shitty pads can also create a buildup on the rotors... makes it feel like they're warped... but they're probably just warped...
Not torqueing(sp) the lugnuts down to spec can accelerate the warping...

A bad lower ball joint can cause that to happen. esp if it is only happening at high speed breaking. If it is there all the time then yes you have a break problem for sure. I chased this problem around for quite a while. Changing out rotors and testing run out changing calipers thinking I had a bad one. It turned out to be the lower ball joint. However it passed all the standard test until we put the car in the air and pushed up on the tire from the bottom the ball joint would separate about 1/4 inch
