Default LS/Vtec Ecu

I'm using a mugen chipped LS ECU on my current stock set up. In a couple of weeks I'm putting in a GSR head (LS/Vtec) and I'm contemplating on getting either a VTEC controller using my old ECU or should I scrap it and get a PR3 instead. Either way, I will be spending between $300 to 350 bucks. By the way, this is my set up: US Type R pistons (oversized), shot peened rods, internal balanced, CTR intake and exhaust cams, Skunk2 cam gears and intake manifold, BBK 70mm TB, AEM CAI, Type R valvesprings/retainers/motion assemblies, lightened flywheel, JDM Type R header, HKS exhaust. 88 DX hatch sleeper
