Love the smell of Polyester resin in the morning, mmm not so much. Part looks really cool! What do you pull a mold from? Did you build the plug or are you pulling a mold off an existing front end?

BTW-your lungs are more important than your hands. Saw gloves but no respirators. Sorry it just kills me to see that.

 

what happend to the old frontend? also, what is the purpose of the "bull nose" on the front ? clearance for something ? i cant really see the purpose behind it.

looks like it came out great though how soon before you guys have it back on the track?
