ls vtec question
Alright, so I am new to the sight, and I have a question. I have a 94 del sol vtec that has a b16 in it right now. I also have an ls block just sitting around and I was wondering how hard it would be to go ls vtec. I want to keep the b16 tranny and head, but have the ls block. I know that I would need to mill out the head to a 1.8 and I would have to get a new water pump and a new oil pump, but what else would I have to do and how much will it all end up costing me (ballpark figures). Just let me know if there is anything that I am missing and let me know if you know more about it than I do.
