Nomenclature:
46 = 46mm
P = Monotube w/ 'Piggyback' Resevoir
R = Adj. Rebound Damping
X = Adj. High & Low Speed Compression Damping
L = Adj. Length
S = Hose Mounted Hydraulic Spring Preload Adjuster

Not exactly. I got it slightly used <1,000 mi. & it would have cost more to have Racetech rebuild my stock shock. So I opted for the latter.
