Hi All, today I have suffer a problem on my 1986 Honda Accord, once I parking my car I hear some noise come from the bottom of my engine and I check it at once found some smoke come up from the exhaust tube in the mean time there also some yellow liquid leakage from that, at that moment I check my engine found that almost empty for the engine oil and I buy two bottles to filled. After that I turn on my car again, initially was fine I did not see any liquid leakage but after several minutes the leakage again and was not drop separate but was consecutive, I really don’t have any idea about even what is the fluid is it, pls help to check and diagnostic what’s the problem is it and did this issue was affect my daily driving because the main purpose for this car is only take me to the company and bring me back to home(almost 6 miles a day), that’s it. Any response will be highly appreciated. Thanks again.

Umm, Ya I don't know what you just said... but if it's yellow it could be coolant. Find where the leak is coming from. And your engine takes more tehn 2qts of oil... probably 4 at the least. What does the fluid taste/smell like?

 

smoke just like something burned. yes, you are right, I found the coolant was leakage since the temperature was high. thank for your help. for the engine I have another question is when I turn on the car and shift in the parking postion the RPM was not stable always turn from 1500-2000 all the time, do you have any idea on that? BTW i will buy two more oil to feed the engine!
