i have a jdm type r motor with a b16 head, the head already has a full valve job, valves, dual springs and retainers, i wanted to keep it all motor and i figured i'd do camshafts, i looked into itr and ctr cams, they looked nice and many ppl had good experiences with them but they also only had stock valvetrain... which cams should i use? brand and stage? about how much hp will i be lookin at?

You'll have to give a little more info. Like what kind of springs, retainers, and what size valves? Is the head ported or anything? Is there anything done to the bottom end? What year ITR block is it? What intake mani, header, exhaust, intake, etc... do you have. After you've answered these questions someone will give you a pretty good answer as to what cams you should use.
