Default Dohc zc exhaust ports

how much do you have to port an aftermarket d series header to much the exhaust ports on the Dohc zc?

anyone know if the stock 4-2-1 exhaust manifold is worse or better then a d series header fit to work?

Just mod a d-series. Won't take too long with a dremel. Tons of people have done it. Hell, you don't even really need to, but most do...

yup
It will vary a little between header manufacturers, but for the most part that's about it. It is a fairly easy process.

pretty sure if you take it apart and clean all the grime and icky stuff in there it should do the same job... but as for weight maybe

better than some and not as good as others - depends on which aftermarket header - it is kind of heavy
