i have a 1995 civic dx, I just recieved what i though was going to be a high flow Catalitic converter, but it is just a resinator that bolts in place of the cat. it has a 02 sensor bung on it. will i throw a check engine light code now?

If it's for your second o2 sensor you might get a CEL, but it won't effect performance. The CEL is to let you know your cat isn't working, which you already know.

But if another problem comes up that would through a CEL, you wouldn't know.
