Are you honestly blown away by N/A k20 swapped hatch?

Have you ever driven or ridden in anything "truly" fast. Say something with a useable torque curve? I mean all joking aside I think the K's are pretty good motors but Honda fanboys think they are god's gift to internal combustion.

When the hell did I say it is 'truly' fast? So you mean to tell me that stock 170hp is better than 220hp? 5 speed is better than 6 speed? A heavier B series motor is better than a K?

You need to pull your head out of your *** and stick to Buick's. I mean aren't you the kid with 17" wheels on a 1.6L?

edit: nevermind. you have NOS on your B series boy racer.

ok so my buddies hatch that runs consitant 12.50's all night long, with a stock k20a, isnt truly fast, and doesnt have a usable torque curve, you can be in sixth and hardly have to downshift, that thing is so light an the motor is nuts, id rather have his car, runnign 12.50's all night long, and still getting 25-28mpg, o yeah and hes got a apex worldsport exhaust on it, so its quiet

This is going to be a thread of madness, Boost the K series and you will eat any b series , Yes i know the money is where its at and if you do have that then k will be your best bet but then again if you dont your stuck with the b series that does give resonable hp and tq

x2 if i get a k20 it wont b for a longgggggggggggggg time... to much money for them fookin motors, there wayyyy to overated...
you can buy a b series motor and just turbo it and it smoke the **** out of a k20 for the same price as the k20.

this thread is gay just go look at some ep's. not many ppl are going to waste money on the rsx k20s, alot of ppl would put 4000 thousand more in there motor and turbo it to be faster then to just waste 4000 more on a k20 with 50-60 more hp. if you like paying 4k more for 50-60 hp your on crack.

Well I'm sure there is a fair bit of sarcasm in this post. So let's go topic for topic on this one.

"Pull my head of out my *** and stick to Buick's": OK I know K swaps are popular, however I prefer a built "b" to a stock K "dollar for dollar". A topic I've addressed numerous times on here and IS debatable IMO. The Buick thing is whole different story since my GN can't and will not be compared to a uber cool "K-Swap" in any manner.

"17's": Yea, I have "outdated" 17" rims on my EM1. Your point? I never claim to be on the cutting edge of what's fashionable in the Honda world.

"Kid": I'm 30 and have been around long enough to not take anything on the internet too "seriously"

Edit: "NOS on B-Series": Yes I do. It's fun and it surprises people which is fun.

No. My wife and I owned a brand new RSX-S though. I wasn't overwhelmed with the almighty "K".

...and here I come to put you all to shame.

We all know the mighty, mighty Dseries owns all Honda engines...

Onto the topic at hand, I went for a ride in a K20 EG and it was impressive. It was spinning the 225 BFGs 1st, 2nd and chirping 3rd after warming them up.

Unfortunately the bottle was empty. 75-100shot
