What are the timing marks on a 92 ZC

What are the timing marks on a 92 ZC
I just want to know the marks, I know you line up the cams but the crank pulley has two mark then about an inch then another two marks. What line do i use to set the crank with the pointer on the lower cover?
I have and obd1 DOHC ZC, it came out of a 92 SiR.
