Wow

That looks like a cleaner version of what my poor attempt at making an intake manifold would look like if I did it.

And probably functions the same :-P

My honest opinion...don't buy it....wasteeeeeeee in about 40 aspects...

I say buy so you can let us know how it fits.

Honestly save and get a type r manifold or victorx or something. Wouldn't trust the OBX brand too much.

Hell no. Honda, like all auto manufacturers, puts a huge amount of R&D into their intake manifold design. The length, diameter, shape, and texture are all tuned to get an even amount of air to each cylinder and to optimize airflow at a specific RPM range for the specific head. Zero R&D went into designing that manifold other than making it fit. If you're naturally aspirated, you're better off with a DX intake manifold. If you're turbo, you might get lucky and make more power. But something like that is bound to cause more problems than it's worth.

"- Increased volumetric efficiency by 70% over stock intake manifold
- 10-15 horsepower increase"

This is not even technically possible. If you believe this bullshit, then I got some magic jelly beans for sale you might be interested in.

the chrome will make your intake hot so youll get poor performance out of it.

ok. and no i didnt believe that it was 70% bigger i was just thinking that it has a bigger plenum than the y8 and im going to be boosted so i figured the bigger the plenum the better off i would be turbo wise. but i understand ur logic.

aebs manifolds arent much more than that, and theyve been proven to make power

im a little iffy on that one, they dont even show pics of the inside of the plenum. just shots of the chrome stunninnzz on the outside
