my cluster fuse keeps going out...help
what year and model? Do you have rear marker lights? Do you have an after market radio? If the answer to the last 2 ? is yes then check the dimmer line on the wiring harness going to the radio to be grounding out that will blow that fuse
yea i tink it has sumting to do with the radio b\c when it was installed then it started to happen. Now what shudd i do with the dimmer wire from the radiio?
If you used an after market harness adapter to wire the radio harness to. Find the line on the harness marked dimmer (refer to the package that it came in also it should tell you what color the wire is) I would bet that it is not used by your radio and is just loose. Any of the wires that you do not have hooked up you should have a crimp cap on them to keep them from grounding out. Don't use electrical tape it only comes off AND NEVER USE A LARGER FUSE THEN WHAT A LOCATION CALLS FOR. That is why they are fused to keep bad things from happening to your car if there is a short in the wiring
