How to improve my current suspension setup
I'd like to improve the current suspension that's on my hatch. One of the main issues that I'd like to fix is that the rear of the car tends to bounce slightly at highway speeds. My plan was to build this car on a reasonable budget so I'm not looking to invest in a whole new strut/spring assembly such as the koni/gc setup. Here's a quick rundown on the car: 91 Dx hatch, ls swap, 15" blades w/ new 195/50/15 Dunlop Direzzas, no front sway bar, crx si rear lcas w/ rear si sway bar (all new rear oem bushings), rear strut bar, kyb agx struts w/ h&r race springs on all fours.
Would buying extended top hats for the rears cure my "bouncing" issues or should I look into buying different springs for the rear? Also, would extended top hats drop the ride height of the vehicle as well?
Btw, I am unsure of the springs rates on the h&r races and I didn't see it on their website either. Thanks for the help IA, ... Any other advice regarding my setup is appreciated

reducing bounce is the task of the shocks. Check for blown shocks or if you're running stock shocks on race springs...
But if the suspension isn't actually compressing, going to a lighter rear spring will also help.
A front sway bar should help your stability at highway speeds.
extended tophats simply pull the shock shaft up in relation to spring compression. (think having a shorter shock) it will not change the ride height of the car.

A bouncy Honda is just typical. Get softer rear springs would be my only suggestion. The KYBs might not be helping either, though you could soften them up too and see if that helps.
