Thats normal, my engine makes noise too. When I hit the gas once it goes vroom, when I hit it twice it goes vroom vroom. j/k with you, you need to elaborate more on the noise. Also I dont think anyone can understand you. I suggest bringing it to a mechanic

What kind of loud noise?

Engines make noise.

Tires make noise.

(hidden limited slip differentials) make noise.

Cats stuck between your radiator and your engine bay probably make some noise as well.
