can i use a automatic with a b18c5 head

i want to put a b18c5 head on my 92 integra (b18a1) but its auto. what will i have to do to the ecu. i have the stock one now but i also have a skunk 2 ecu but its for a manual. can i change the stock one to work with the vtec or can i change the skunk 2 to work with the automatic.

nah, how often do you hear of ITR owners with an Auto trans. Best to head to the tech forums and get answers from people who have experience
