are you both shitting me? he has the title, how does that show he doesnt own the bike?

 

are you guys talking about him scamming someone with this sale? or something he did to someone before? cause i dont understand how you can be scammed if he has the title with matching vin numbers. if you bought the bike and recieved the title you can register it. whats the problem? he recieves the money, and you recieve the bike...like a normal sale.
