Default dsm440cc injectors not firing

i recently picked up some injectors and i was doing the 9v battery test to see if they clicked on and off and 2 didn't. i was wondering how would you go about fixing them, or is there a way to fix them? all the resistances are 2.8 all across the board on all of them. would this mean that they are just stuck open or closed?

If the coils all spec out, but two of them don't click, stuck pintel would be a valid conclusion.

If they are indeed stuck, maybe a good bench cleaning might free them up. This is done by forcing a cleaning solution through them under presure while the coil is energized. If they are stuck closed, I don't know how you get cleaning through them.
