I just took this out of my own car. Ive used it for about 3 years with no problems. Its in good shape, minus a small scratch on the face which can be seen in the pics. The scratch is only visible in direct sunlight. I dont have the original packaging or user manual, but the manual can be downloaded off the Panasonic website or I can email it to you if you cant figure out how. If you have a sub, it has a seperate volume control which worked really well for me. I also have the remote, forgot to take a pic of it.
