Default Going from a dohc zc to d16z6, having problems????

Hey, I had a dohc zc in my hatch and it blew up, lol. I am currently putting a d16z6 into my car running obd1, i can't get it running properly and have a couple questions about wiring and things, so here we go:
1. There is a Black/Red wire that comes from the passenger side shock tower plug, where does this go?

2. There is also a Brown/Black wire that comes from the passenger side shock tower plug, where does this go?

3. There are two white wires that come off of the si dizzy plug, one goes to the passenger side shock tower plug and the other goes to the driver side shock tower plug, which side goes to which pin on the dizzy plug???

4. There is a Blue/Yellow wire that comes off of the si dizzy plug, where does this go for regular mpfi (si) wiring?

5. There is a Blue/Green wire that comes off of the si dizzy plug, where does this go for regular mpfi (si) wiring?

6. There is a brown connector off of the thermostat housing, which plug goes here and from which part of the wiring harness?

7. There is a white connector off of the drivers side of the intake manifold, which plug goes here and from which part of the wiring harness?

8. There is a plug off of the drivers side of the back of the intake manifold, it is bolted to the back of the intake manifold and has a plug that hangs on about 6" of wire, which plug goes here and from which part of the wiring harness???

Please help me, i got the car started after having timing issues, and now it's running like ***, i believe if i get these wires and plugs where they need to be it will run perfect. Please help me, TIA

-Steve
