I think you have to have them pressed out with a hydraulic press.

yep. any machine shop should be able to press the old ones out and put the new ones in.

If this is an EG/DC2 you can purchase new OE aftermarket front lower arms for less than $120 each. I did this so I can convert my current set to spherical or just have as backups.

they have gone up in price i think i paid about $90 each for them about 4 months ago. but even at $115 sure beats the dealer price. This place has them for $77ea http://www.stopshopanddrive.co...e.com

6 bolts/nuts total, one for the lower ball joint, one for the inbound subframe bushing, one for the shock fork, and three for the compliance bushing. Not that hard but you do have to dissasemble the entire front suspension.

Where did you get a complete set of OE rubber bushings for the front lca for $20? or is that $20/ea?

A local shop let me use their hydraulic press. It was pretty easy with that and a socket to press the old bushings out and the new ones in.

I remember I had to replace those on my accord and we ended up breaking them off...well good luck

I'd go with a hydraulic press also.
