not impossible b/c i test drive my friends' s2k's and 06 sti LE. different strokes for different folks. and the folks you are asking had the choice of getting an sti and obviously chose the s2k for their own reasons.

two different power plants, an apple and orange, ones n/a the other is F/I, if you want boost go STI, if you want N/A s2000....to be honest i was disappointed in the 2007 s2000 that my friend's girlfriend has, i expected more from the performance...tsk, but drove smooth like butter.
