Secondaries never open, can I just take the butterfly plate out???
I have tried, time and time again, to find out what the hell is wrong with my stupid car, and it turns out that it is the intake manifold. I did the vaccum tests and the secondaries never open, I even checked the solenoid and its working fine, so its gotta be the ECU problem. ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE IS NOTHING IN PIN A17 OR A20!!!!!!!
So, now I am pissed off, because I even tried sticking a wire into that those pins (tried them both) and tapping into the pink/blue wire on the IAB solenoid. Both to no avail. Now I am completely lost.
Can I just take the stupid manifold off and tear out those dumb butterfly plates??? How much would high end improve and low end suffer???

What else will I need to make the manifold work? Do I need a new throttle cable and bracket? Or is that only for new TB's?
I'm trying to find the best price that I can on the SKUNK2 IM, but keep seeing the usual 310 shipped. I'll just cruise Ebay I guess.
So what all will I need?
1. Manifold
2. Hondata gasket (not totally needed, but might as well put it on)
3. ???
