well im at school right now and i for got what type of tranny oil i need for my civic.. its a d series tranny? would you guys happen to know what type of oil it uses??

GM syncro mesh.

 

Amsoil 5w30 MTF, shifts better than Redline MTL for me, and better than the Honda MTF I had in before that.

But if your car is an auto, then honda atf would be a safe bet, unless you went with Specialty Formulations Honda ATF.
