Cometic LS/Vtec head gasket vs. stock?

Cometic LS/Vtec head gasket vs. stock?
I know it will yeld a *bit* more compression(which doesn't bother me), but is there any other reason why I should get it over a stock head gasket? What makes the Cometic LS/Vtec head gasket different then the normal LS Cometic head gasket?

I ended up getting the stock LS head gasket becuase the Cometic are on back order. Im thinking about switching to the cometic though. What makes the Comtic gasket for the b18a/b block with Vtec head different then just the normal cometic for the b18a/b block and head?
