LHT Performance MC Brace Pictures are ready
I have no idea how to post a picture so you can email me and I can send you a pic of the brace on my car. I dont have any pics of the brace by itself yet.
Brace is made out of steel, the cost of making a brace strong enough out of aluminum or some other lighter metal was too great so steel is what you get.
Recap: Brace is $55 shipped and only comes in Black for now and only comes for the ITR for now.
I do accept Money orders and personal checks. I also have a Escrow account if you wish to pay by Credit Card.
If you have any other questions please feel free to ask in this forum or my email (Scutr22@aol.com).
thanks
scott

There should be 2 pre-existing holes in your fenders, at least there were in mine, thats where the brace mounts to.

how much do they cost?
read lately?

The brace helps to stop the Master Cylinder from moving under braking. Go out and have somone press your brake pedal while you watch the MC under the hood, you will see that it moves about 1/8 of and inch or so. With the MC brace your pedal feel will be improved. It would benefit you more if you road raced although I put it on my car and I have yet to road race and I love it.

Damn, you're charging $55 for something that probably costs definitely less than $10?!? Unbelievable!!
Damnit Scott/John. Don't you know that the point of being a business is to NOT make any money at all?

You are an idiot 98LSTypeR... Wai, myself, others have all said that whenever someone starts making these they'll make a good amount of money, everyone (including myself) was just too lazy.. this whole MC brace thing is a new fad.. hopefully it'll be a useful one.. I'm going to make one for the race car I'm building eventually and see if it makes a actualy difference on the track. (edit: difference in feel that is)
Whats funny is that these things actually cost well more than $10 to make. John is barely making any money on these at all.
Dave if you wanna have a look at the Brace just shoot me an email and we will meet up somewhere.

I didn't think so...
Hello , This is John from LHT. To set the record straight, the master cylinder brace is not really a money maker. We make very little profit on these ,Our bussiness is many motor swaps , superchargers and such like.We saw a need for the product and it worked so well on Scotts car, we figured many other people would like one too. The base plate alone with the machine work cost us $16 to make 20 at a time, add up the bolts provided, other materials, labor, paint, welding etc. it adds up.
If you like on, order one, if it only cost $10 to make 'em, go make some money!
In the future we plan to have them for, GSR's, EF Civics, and EKs etc.
Thanks, John@LHT
