im considering doing my swap myself... i have a 97 hatchback and a us b18c1 gsr that im putting in ...how hard would this be?

also can anyone recommend a place in nj that does a good job and does not charge an arm and a leg

 

Depends..... what do you consider hard!!???

If you really want to know how hard it is... start first... and when you get stuck.... you'll know how hard it is!! Dont mean to flame... but read your own question and think how stupid it sounds..

simple if the swap motor wasnt hacked out of the old car.
really its simple if they are the same OBD version also.

 

If you have another car to drive while you're working on the swap, then I'd say go for it. If you can follow directions and have the proper tools it's not THAT big of a deal.
